We are Jessica and Emily. We are physical sisters who live in the Dominican Republic. We are originally from Paradise, California. Emily has lived in the Dominican Republic since May 2012, Jessica joined her in November 2021. We are currently enjoying the Barahona ASL congregation

Pointing to the south Shores of the island where we began serving. Recently we have relocated to Barahona on the south Shore.
Larimar is a beautiful stone that is only found in one spot in the world and that town is in Dominican Republic and in our territory.

Tactile Sign Language
Tactile signing is a vital communication method in Barahona, allowing members of the deafblind community to perceive language through touch. By placing hands over the signer's, connection is formed through movement and pressure, ensuring every voice is felt and heard within our shared congregation.
